Ryan & Josh open the episode with a bit of confession within the Danktum Danktorum...then they dive deep into AMC's Preacher, based on the comic by Garth Ennis & Steve Dillon! The Boiz truly earn their "fake geek" status by relaying that they've never read it before...but they dig the show! They chat about the amazing action, bravura performance from Ruth Negga, and the deft adaptation from Seth Rogen & Evan Goldberg. Then, Ryan launches into a Cassidy-level rage at a fellow Pod God and vows to punch him in the jorts, before Josh talks him off the new-media ledge. Then, the Boiz chat about what they've been reading: Ryan's been courting Death herself, while Josh thinks the work of Tom King is truly a Vision.
