PTSD is a serious mental health that effects over 70% of the worlds population. It can lead to severe conditions if left untreated or if you simply do not seek help. Whether it is spiritually or through a therapist one thing is certain. It is not something to be taken lightly. Here is a brief story of mine as well as some information that may be of value to all of you listeners.
