Today, I discuss an often overlooked yet crucial aspect of challenging authority: knowing when to, and when not to question the systems, rules, standards or authority in place. I explore the importance of timing, context, and the potential consequences of challenging established norms or rules. We'll look at scenarios where questioning the system might do more harm than good, and when compliance, not defiance, is the key to progress and understanding. As well as when we are best positioned to make a positive change.
