Holy moly! Welcome to the 100th episode of Journal Party! 🎉
In this special milestone episode, we’re taking you behind the scenes to share the journey of how this podcast came to be, the challenges faced along the way, and what the future holds. Whether you’ve been with us since the beginning or are just joining the party, this episode is a celebration of growth, community, and the power of journaling.

I’ll share the story of how Journal Party started as a passion project after a career shift and how it has evolved over time. You’ll hear about the challenges I faced, like recording on the road, and the incredible support from our amazing listeners that keeps me inspired every week.

We’ll also dive into five journal prompts designed to help you reflect on your own milestones, honor your personal journey, and envision what’s next for you. Whether you’re a journaling pro or just getting started, these prompts will guide you through meaningful self-reflection.

Journal Prompts:

1.Reflect on a moment in your life when something small turned into something significant. How did it grow and change you?

2.Think about a time when you reached a personal milestone. How did you celebrate, and what did that achievement mean to you?

3.Write about something you’ve been working on recently. What progress have you made, and how does it feel to see your efforts pay off?

4.What are you most proud of in your personal growth journey over the past year? How has it impacted you?

5.Imagine your life a year from now. What do you hope to achieve, explore, or experience? How will you continue to grow and evolve?
To celebrate this milestone, I’m giving away my book, 365 Journal Prompts, for free! It’s a pocket-sized resource perfect for jumpstarting your journaling sessions. Visit our new store at journalparty.com to get your copy—just cover shipping and handling, or add other items to your cart for free shipping. Claim your copy while supplies last at 365.journalparty.com
