In this episode, we’re going to jam through 5 journal prompts designed to help you cultivate patience in various aspects of your life. These prompts will encourage you to reflect on your triggers, learn from patience role models, and explore mindfulness techniques that enhance your ability to stay calm and composed.
Journal Prompts:
