Has anyone ever told you that marriage isn't perfect and you should try to stick it out? How about that you are ruining your children's lives if you go forward with the divorce? Are you no longer invited to certain gatherings or social events now that you are about to be or are single?

Deciding who to tell, how to tell and when to tell people when entering divorce is difficult. Dealing with people's reactions can be confusing and overwhelming.

It is important to remember that how people react to your divorce is about them and how you respond to those reactions is about you. This is a time to take good care of yourself and surround yourself with people whose energy and companionship buoy and comfort you and to limit, if not, avoid contact with people who project their fears and judgments onto you.

Today Rachel and I talk about how to discern who the healthy friends and loved ones in your life are and the value and benefits of creating an AllStar Support team to help you get through this most challenging time.
