In August 2023, Governor Pritzker signed a bill making significant changes to the Illinois Day and Temporary Labor Services Act regarding labor dispute provisions, pay provisions, and worker notice, safety and documentation requirements. Staffing agencies and businesses that use staffing agencies should take note, as these revisions bring additional legal requirements and increased potential consequences for violation.
