Joe’s Biography: LtCol) Joe Crane retired from the Marine Corps in 2013 after 24 years of service. He was an AH-1W Super Cobra attack helicopter pilot and completed two combat flying tours in Iraq. Joe is now an airline pilot and host of the Veteran On the Move podcast. "Your Pathfinder to Freedom" Providing knowledge and inspiration to veterans aspiring to transition to the exciting world of entrepreneurship. Show Notes: Entrepreneurship is a skill that can be learned if given the right kind of training. When organizations free up some of the bureaucratic institutional rules that hold back innovation, intrapreneurs may be able to help their organizations succeed by being more innovative. Sometimes the really hard part is getting the ball rolling with entrepreneurship, but if people want to become entrepreneurs they may be able to take their time to prepare for the new role of entrepreneurism.
