Stepping away from traditional goal setting, hustle culture & linear thinking and steeping into creating your goals from a place of emotions and feelings. Using your creative feminine flow energy to step into your future with.
Your goals should light you the fuck up with passion and fuck yes energy, you should be able to feel your goals. It's not just about setting goals but also just as much as about creating the reality that you want to live, so that your dream life is now your reality. Thinking about the experiences and the things you want to do or try and making time for those is just as important as working on your goals.
We also talk a little bit about the energetics with our goals and how important embodying the version of you who has achieved your goals, puts you on the fast path to being an energetic match with your goals to make them a reality.
Life gets to be everything you want it to be, you just have to start with yourself first!!
