Redwood Empire Food Bank
Ongoing Fire Relief Efforts
In order for the Redwood Empire Food Bank (REFB) to continue meeting the existing need for food assistance in our community, and increase our provision of help for our neighbors impacted by the devastating fires in our region, we need your support.
TWO WAYS TO HELP:
1. Make a financial donation.
We have the capacity to increase the amount of food we provide to the community - we just need the financial resources to make this possible. Please, give generously. www.refb.org
2. Bring non-perishable food donations to the back parking lot of the REFB during our regular business hours to help us meet the increased need for food and nutrition assistance in our community. No glass, please.
The REFB mission:
To end hunger in our community.
We define ending hunger as having in place a community response system that makes adequate nutrition assistance available and accessible to anyone in need of help.
The Redwood Empire Food Bank (REFB) is the largest hunger-relief organization serving north coastal California, from Sonoma County to the Oregon border. Since 1987, the REFB has been helping our neighbors in need and currently operates 12 innovative programs under three strategic initiatives – Every Child, Every Day; Senior Security; and the Neighborhood Hunger Network.
