Nightly MoonLight Meditations lead me home to myself when I don't know who I am, and the epic discoveries I make along the journey make it soooo beyond worth the investment! When I see my hand during a state of parasympathetic activation, I do not see a physical hand, but a wave of energy somewhat resembling a hand. I choose to focus on the magic and the beauty and release all fear in order to step in to my greatest version. Living with a dissociative identity {aka, Dissociative Identity disorder, DID} poses endless challenges every single day, yet I rise from the ashes like the fiery Phoenix that I am, learning through the pain and dancing in the opportunity of challenges.
