Welcome back to our 84th episode of the Launch Your Farm Show where I interview Kris Durbin from “The D Team” at EXP in Arizona.

Today Kris shares how he got into the business nearly 2 decades ago. After selling homes, he shifted from successfully selling farm land for a number of years then got back into residential real estate.

He quickly realized that he could stay hyper focused and become a community expert by focusing on building relationships in his farm. He has built an amazing super engaged community Facebook group that has become wildly successful and really drives his business.

· Why agents should be focusing on building relationships first THEN focus on real estate second.

· Kris shares how he’s leveraged Facebook groups to connect with his community and how it’s been one of the most profitable decisions he’s made in his business.
