Can you stay aware when your brain shuts off as you go to sleep? What happens if you are aware in your sleep and of your dreams? It happened to me many times now, and the answer is remarkable. You are able to feel the disconnection from your body that happens naturally, every time you go to sleep. When this happens, you become aware of who you really are - an immortal being full of love and joy. You frequency - your vibration, at that moment, matches the frequency of your being, of who you really are. That resonance of vibration is translated into the best possible feeling, because the feelings are an indicator of our alignment with our inner being. The more aligned we are, the better we feel, and complete alignment, which is that conscious disconnection from our body, produces the best possible feeling - the feeling of alignment.
In this episode I go in depth in the first step of my technique to reach complete alignment. I talk about how you can relax your body and mind, how you can find balance between low brain activity and lucidity, which you need to reach the state of complete alignment.
