Agency- our ability to make choices.
Sometimes we choose to give up that gift- to believe the lie that we have no choice. That there is nothing we can do.
In short, we unwittingly choose to be a victim.
Choosing to stay in the victim mode long-term is never going to be helpful. You will not grow, change, or become who you want, or have the potential to be.
And you may not know how to start using your agency.
You might not even believe that you have agency left.
I promise you that you do.
