As a mental health therapist, I am always on the lookout for small and simple ways people can fortify their mental health. Fortifying your mental health means looking for ways attacks are coming in and then building strategies to help combat the attack next time it comes. Sometimes you might not even know it, but YOU might be the one attacking your mental health.
