I have been spending the month focusing on fortifying your mental health by looking at ways you might be sabotaging it. Now this is part 3 of 3 in a series. So if you haven’t already, check out part 1 and 2 from the last two week’s episodes.

In the last two episodes, I have covered 6 of the 7 common sabotagers that women are doing to their mental health that aren’t helpful. I split them all up into 3 different episodes in order to give each one the time it deserves. Today I am going to outline one giant concept that might sabotage your mental health.

This particular sabotager of your mental health has to do with relationships. I am calling this sabotager, codependent behaviors. Listen in as I share what exactly that means and how to avoid it.
