Being a good leader doesn't happen overnight. It takes practice, time, effort, personal mentors, and even failure to see where there's room for growth. On this episode of The Leadership in Aviation Podcast, René Banglesdorf is joined by Mark Schulz, the founder of #DigitalAircraft. They discuss how to grow into the leader you want to be, leading people to their maximum success, and the importance of having a coach or mentor to help guide you along the way.

Mark is passionate about aviation, digital, and helping people. He is the founder of #DigitalAircraft and has almost 40 years of experience in the Aviation and Aerospace Industry, working hands-on with OEMs, Airlines and MROs in Operations, Engineering, Maintenance Training, Shop and Engine Operations.

Over his career, Mark has transitioned from being a consumer and user of IT Solutions to being a digital solutions provider. He leveraged his industry knowledge in starting and operating aviation software companies and implementing digital solutions at over 250 Aviation and Aerospace companies.

Mark holds both FAA A&P and Commercial Instrument Multiengine Pilot Certificates. He completed his undergraduate studies in Engineering at Purdue University before going on to complete his MBA at the University of Denver.
