In this episode of Leading with Heart, we’re talking mindfulness! This buzzword is getting a lot of attention in the mental health world… but what does it MEAN? My definition is paying attention, on purpose, to the present moment, without judgment. Today, I’m sharing practical ways to introduce mindfulness into your daily routine, so you can take it from idea to execution in your life!
