Problems are such a problem, aren’t they?
Just consider that problem you’re dealing with right now. Have you noticed yourself thinking about it non-stop?
Your mind whirs and thinks and spirals and festers over it.
And I’m guessing you consider solutions and think about the potential outcomes. But it just seems like there isn’t any one solution that brings certainty or comfort.
And do you complain about this problem you’re dealing with sometimes (either to yourself or others)?
Some problems seem to startle you with their intensity like a paper cut, but they quickly disappear.
But the worst problems are those that sit with you for a long time taking up space in your mind and sapping your energy from the frustration, anxiety and dread they bring.
And even worse still, are the problems that involve other people, am I right? They never seem to listen to what you have to say. They never seem to do what you want them to do.
My solution to solving any problem is simple, with just 4 steps.
However, if you want the solution summed up in just 14 words, then look no further than the master of simplicity himself:
Albert Einstein said: “We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used to create them.”
That’s it.
We solve our problems by thinking differently about them.
In this episode we'll explore how to:
✅ Make faster decisions about the problems you’re facing, and create more space in your mind for other important things
✅ Quickly turn your frustration, anxiety and dread into courage, motivation and confidence to drive purposeful action
✅ Build stronger relationships with your team and your colleagues to influence them through your example
✅ Coach your team using the 4 steps for even more significant speed of execution and delivery of results
