Brain hack. Otak kita itu pada dasarnya selalu dalam distracted mode, karena itu insting kita kalau misalnya ada bahaya dan lain-lain. Apalagi saat kita laper, kita pasti akan craving something. Tapi perbedaannya, kalo craving di perut kita ini bisa selesai dengan rasa kenyang. Kalo di socmed? Kita craving apa? Ternyata kita craving for imformation dan tidak ada henti-hentinya KECUALI, kita SADAR. Iya, gue baru baca buku tentang How To Breakup with your Smartphone. Dan ternyata salah satu solusinya adalah Mindfullness, singkatnya adalah kita harus Conscious alias 'Menyadarkan Diri Kita' bahwa kita itu lagi SCROLLING Instagram/socmed. Dan bertanya pada diri sendiri "What am I doing? Do I have to do this now?" Dengan kesadaran, (dan dibiasakan of course), kita jadi bisa tau kapan harus berhenti dan menghindar dari hanyut ke dalam AutoScrolling/AutoPilot mode.
