Routines are boring, right? Actually, they are incredibly important! They save us time and mental energy and minimize decision fatigue. All things that help us when we want to keep a more positive mindset and stay focused on accomplishing our dreams and reaching our dreams. While routines create structure and set the habits needed to reach your goals, they also are good for your mental health, improve your sleep, and help you feel more in control.
