Matching our emotional state with a high energy output to mimic "a great workout" could well be the thing that is causing repeat failure and questioning our mental health!

We need to stress our physical health in order to protect our mental health but sometimes our mental health can struggle as a result of going too hard physically and setting ourslves up for failure.
