Garden therapy comes in many forms. From artistic design to digging in the dirt, working in a garden can have so many benefits. In today's episode I went out on location, toured an amazing community garden and learned so much about it's history, tips and tricks and the value of the volunteer hours behind the scenes.
Discover the hidden gems of the gardens, including the meditation garden, allotments for public rental, and the breathtaking rose garden. But our exploration doesn't stop there – we'll also dive into the Courtyard, the Garden Cottage, and the Loop, each with its own unique story to tell.
Most important out of all of this is the value of dedicated and kind-hearted volunteers, working behind the scenes for the enjoyment of our community.
