夫に辞令、続く別居 「子ども、仕事…いま何を優先すべきかが難しい」
単身赴任って普通にあることですが、
家庭にとってはプラスはほとんどないですよね。
ただ、働き方改革の流れで、副業解禁になれば、
今とは状況が変わって、転勤も断りやすくなるような気がします。
転勤が断れない理由は、
結局のところ、出世に影響するから！これだけだと思います。
さらに掘り下げると、収入が増えなくなる！って所に行きつきます。
それが、副業解禁になれば状況は大きく変わってきますよね。
