It is difficult for me to meditate; as soon as I sit down to meditate, I start feeling itchy. Even if I try to ignore it, I simply start feeling uncomfortable. And not just meditation, sitting with myself and trying to relax in any other way also makes me uncomfortable. This made me discover relaxation induced anxiety.

Do you also feel anxious when you try to relax? In this episode, Psychiatrist and Therapist Dr. Era Dutta will tell you all about it in simple terms. Dr. Era Dutta will tell us-

-why many people can’t meditate / relax

-techniques to reduce relaxation induced anxiety

-some ways to relax other than meditating
