I just had to share some thoughts that have been on my mind lately after a heart-to-heart conversation with dietician Aimee Dempsey. Self-care is truly a game-changer, and I love its positive impact on my life. My self-care since January: strength training, hydration, and veggies. 💪 Is it perfect? Nope. But who is, right?!? Who else is on a journey to prioritize their well-being?
