As thanksgiving approaches, we start thinking about all the things we’re grateful for. But a few years back, as I was sitting on my swing during my afternoon teatime and making my list of things I’m thankful for, I stopped and wondered why I didn’t do this more often? Was I only thankful for a few weeks out of the year? Of course not. But Thanksgiving just seems to bring it to the forefront.

After I thought about it for a moment, I tore the list I was working on out of my notebook and set it beside me on the swing. I then began a new list.

Gratitude shouldn’t be reserved strictly for Thanksgiving. Instead, it should be year round action. Settle in for an afternoon tea and learn how to create a gratitude list for every month of the year – with an extra section for your Daily Gratitude. And to help you out, there is even a worksheet to get you started!
