Hey Overcomers! Living with Interstitial Cystitis can be overwhelming, especially when you realize that this condition forces you to not only change the way that you eat, drink but also the way that you exercise. If you struggle with trying to figure out the I.C. diet and/ or finding it hard to exercise because it only makes your bladder/pelvic pain worst.
