The Living Full Out show with Nancy Solari encourages you to come to terms with and accept your authentic identity without shame. Maybe you have been feeling lost, as if you're a robot living your day to day and not yourself. Or perhaps life decisions you have made recently don’t align with who you are or wish you were. Join Nancy as she discusses speaking from your heart to find your voice and true self.

Out first caller Aaron finds his approaching age of thirty to be anxiety inducing with the looming fear of failure. Nancy encourages Aaron to think of thirty as a number instead of a deadline, and instead use his time to connect with others down the line who have found success. Taking the power back and writing your own narrative can release pressure from others. Tune in to learn how reconfiguring your story can guide you to success in life.

Our inspirational guest Chuck always maintained faith in his true identity as a crossdresser. Chuck did not understand his attraction to women’s clothes as a child. But, after moving to New York City he met others who had feelings like him and Chuck created Savannah Hauk. He would enter into relationships with women who refused to accept Savannah and even tried to suppress her. Chuck was loyal to his dual gender identity and made sure Savannah was always able to shine. When Chuck met his current girlfriend he was unapologetic with his identity and introduced Savannah to his partner early on and was met with a loving embrace. Tune in to learn how Savannah went from being hidden to speaking about her experience to thousands of people at TEDX.

Perhaps life has seemingly started to pass you by taking with it your sense of self and voice. Try to begin letting your mind and heart speak for themselves and reflecting on what is important to you. Believing in yourself and sticking to what your gut tells you will lead you to live full out.
