Show Theme: Keep On Going And Never Stop
Show Title: When You Keep On Going And Don't Quit, You Can Live Full Out
Episode: 2023.9.28
The Living Full Out Show with Nancy Solari encourages you to never give up and continue to be hopeful for the future. Maybe circumstances in your life have caused you to feel as if there is no path forward. Or perhaps you have done things you regret and are unsure how to move on. Join Nancy as she discusses how to reconcile with yourself and grow.

Our first caller Cathy is wondering how to manage stress and loneliness now that she is retired. Nancy advises Cathy to reflect on what made her thrive when she was still in the workforce. Whether it is a list on the fridge or five goals to complete each day Nancy strongly recommends some time of structure to give purpose to a day that instead might feel aimless. Tune in to discover how revisiting how you have succeeded in the past can put you back on the path to opportunity.

Our inspirational guest Glen Williams refused to give up on himself and held out hope that he could grow from his past mistakes. In Glen’s first marriage, he entered into an affair that was fueled by the combination of his stressful demands at home and his traumatic responsibilities at work as a police officer. After two failed marriages and nine dates in ten days, Glen found himself more drawn to the idea that he wanted a partner to be vulnerable with. It was his third and final wife that allowed him to learn to be open and honest about his PTSD and begin to reconnect with himself. Tune in to learn how purposefully admitting to your mistakes can allow you to heal.

Perhaps you cannot stop thinking about unfortunate decisions you've made in the past. Try to remember that part of being human is making mistakes and there are always opportunities to grow from them. Remaining honest with yourself and hopeful for the future exemplifies what it means to live full out.
