Slowly breathing while re-centering the irises of your left and right eyes, you gain awareness of how the light in the center of your eye moves and can be controlled and directed simply through conscious breathing, guiding it back to the center of the eye, procuring a deeply calming and stabilizing effect for your heart and mind.
