What I have learned about seizures: Watching Jadyn over these last ten years as a mother and a nurse has been an eye opener, disturbing, dissapointing and heartbreaking in so many ways. I have learned that her seizures are the results of pharmaceuticals which includes pretty much everything starting from the antibiotics given at birth to vaccinations, that helped seal the seizure deal and every pharmaceutical used to treat her seizures. The treatments are worse than the diagnosis. The side effects are too numerous to list. I always knew this about Cancer but as a nurse, I see what these pharmaceuticals are intended to do but, in reality wreak havoc in many instances. ie: liver failure, kidney failure, fragile immune system, cognitive delays, emotional and physical stunting, among many others not listed in those informational inserts. Pharmaceuticals are necessary in many situations, but the use turns into abuse, overuse to the point of toxicity. Again, once there is more than 1 pharmaceutical, it is anyone's guess what interactions/effects will be. Illness is also a big contributor for seizures.
