In this interview, I sit down with my friend, Sabrena Jo, Ph.D., to talk about the focus of her research: motivation! A graduate from the University of Kansas, Dr. Jo’s research interests include understanding how the motivational climate influences optimal experiences for participants in various exercise settings, with a special emphasis on older adults.
