Cocktail time with Amani Macaulay the co-founder of Duke & Dame Salted Caramel Whiskey. We enjoyed some amazing drinks stirred up in the studio. Jamie, Matt, & August are joined by Chief 1 Love, Rob Griffin, as Amani mixes up the cocktails. We tried the Pineapple Whiskey Mule, Make Me Blush, and a Manhattan (see the recipes below and more at the Duke & Dame website).

PINEAPPLE MULE

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Duke & Dame
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1/4 – 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • Ginger Beer
  • Shake, Pour over ice in a Mule Mug, garnish with a Rosemary sprig

MAKE ME BLUSH

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Duke & Dame
  • 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz Red Wine
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz agave
  • Shake, Strain into a coupe glass, garnish with a edible flower

MANHATTAN

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Duke & Dame
  • 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 dash Orange Bitters
  • Stir, Strain into glass with Ice, garnish with Luxardo Cherry
