This week on the podcast, I am joined by Selina Rose. Selina is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, yoga teacher, and author. Selina came to yoga while recovering from an eating disorder, and there was something that made her want to keep coming back.
Selina’s work focuses on helping people deal with stress so they can be present, focused and productive in their personal and professional lives, and on this episode, we talk about how to manage stress through natural and holistic means, including holistic nutrition, yoga and breathwork. We talk about how how to manage our stress as yoga teachers, as well as how to help our students with managing their stress.
