This week on Matcha Mornings I am joined by my dear friend, Chelsey Breta. Chelsey is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and the founder of Moon Rise Yoga.
Chelsey and I met at our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali back in 2015 and bonded over our love of cycle syncing, health and wellness, and of course, yoga. Over the years, we have had countless conversations talking about moon cycles and menstrual cycles, so it was really fun to have Chelsey on the podcast to talk about just that.
On this episode, we talk about Chelsey's health and wellness journey, how losing her cycle inspired her to get in touch with her body and encouraged her to start paying attention to her monthly cycle.
