Hi, I’m Elizabeth Diacos, founder of Larksong Enterprises. I’m a career transition coach for Mature-age career changers and right now I’m on a mission to help older workers make a healthy, empowered and hopeful exit out of their current work and into a life that aligns with their passion, purpose, values and priorities, which is why I've decided to create this podcast for you.
You might feel that to remain in the your current work, you have had to sacrifice your own principles and wellbeing, both mental and physical. Every day is a struggle and every Sunday night is shadowed with dread as you contemplate the week ahead.
When you feel trapped, stuck and overwhelmed, you can’t even begin to imagine a different life.
