In this episode, I invited my husband to answer your relationship questions! This is only the first video installation of the series, and I hope you will learn something from us. We are married for almost 5 years but we've been together for almost 10 years now. My husband says that my diagnosis is just a clarification, he already knew even way before we married!

Here are the questions we answered in this episode:

1. If your relationship is in LDR, what are the things that you should do and how to pursue family in LDR?

2. How much of the bad moments were due to ADHD? Does it even matter whether it’s due to ADHD in solving conflicts? What negotiations were established in dealing with ADHD together?

3. What can your love ones do for you to manage your ADHD? Like specifics, do you need help in scheduling, pushing you to do things, words of encouragement and the like.

4. What are the accommodations for ADHD that your husband makes and how long before these got introduced/developed into your relationship

5. How do you deal with arguments? Are there instances when you feel like exploding/shouting due to being overwhelmed with intense emotions? Did you ever experience a shouting contest?

6. Has your husband ever called you lazy/tamad or burara/makalat?
