The interview is an introduction to the great support for the people of Cumbernauld offered by the Trussel Trust managed by Alan (Cumbernauld Food Bank at Freedom City Church) and young Lisa, organiser of the Real Life Changes program (supporting people experiences various difficulties and especially youth to regain their empowerment and successfully solve their personal, educational and professional problems). The Food Bank and Real Life Changes have manifold connections with governmental, nongovernmental and private institutions that can offer all types of support to the people in need and have numerous connections with people of good-will and conscience in our community.
