Practice of Meditation – Find a quiet place where you can relax and be uninterrupted for five to 30 minutes. It is ideal to use a comfortable fitting set of headphones. As you begin to listen to the relaxation music move your attention to your breathing. Focus only on your breathing. Breathe slowly and feel the air as it touches the tip of your nose as you inhale and then again when you exhale. Concentrate only on your breathing as you listen to the relaxing music. If your mind wanders slowly bring it back to thinking only of your breathe. You will notice that with each breathe that you take, each time that you inhale and then exhale, you will relax more and more. Continue this practice until the relaxation music stops!
