Mick Coyle and Jake Mills from Chasing the Stigma looked at Monday's episode 'The Lily-Jo Project'.

They spoke about the importance in having easily accessible resources, such as www.thelilyjoproject.com, to help young people identify their mental health and to have a designated place to go if they need help with any aspect of mental health.

Also, they discussed the importance of laughter and the affect it can have on your mental health after Mick heard about the 'Giggle Doctors' from Theodora Children's Charity who visit children in hospital to cheer them up.
