Lee Pennington, director of the Open Door Centre, joined David Easson on this week's Mental Health Monday.

Lee was telling David about the work that they do in their centre in Liscard and how they use the arts and music to work with mainly young people, to help with their mental health.

Also, Sophie Rawlings from Mind told David about their recent research into employment and mental health and how men don't feel able to speak to their bosses about their wellbeing.
