Daeyna Jackson hit rock bottom and found herself to be in a complete mess after mistakes in her life. After years of struggle, Daeyna started a podcast in 2019 called She Is A Mess. Daeyna’s project helps to highlight the stories of 10,000 women all over the world to inspire and inform other women. She now helps women believe in themselves and find value within their own self before showcasing their story to all. Daeyna joins the Mental Insights Podcast to speak about turning your life around after a mess and how to build self confidence when your life is a mess.
