Tracey Maxfield has 37 years of experience as a nurse, along with being certified in gerontology and dementia care. Tracey experienced clinical depression in her twenties with an acute episode in 2015. After encouragement by a psychologist, Tracey began a blog called Escaping the Rabbit Hole, which is now a published book. Tracey joins the Mental Insights Podcast to speak about mental health challenges and bullying in children.
