About Today's Episode

In this episode, Meg talks with the co-hosts of the TND Podcast, Sarah and Johanna, about finding our way through the world of mental health without literally losing our health, our happiness, and even our lives. Sarah and Johanna talk about how burnout can lead to some really serious consequences for therapists that go far beyond their capacity to keep working with clients. They chat about how moving into private practice transformed their ability to say no more often, set boundaries that worked for them, and operate from a place of authenticity and comfy-coziness, rather than an inauthentic, cold, and clinical stance. We go all-in on anti-hustle culture and anti-toxic-capitalism, and talk about how we're not going to let others tell us what to do with our arms.
