Y'all this episode hits so close to home for me! I am thrilled to have had the chance to sit and chat with Victoria Rodriguez, PLPC, about burnout among community-based MH professionals, as well as the specific considerations for safety & community care for those working in this type of setting. Victoria shares her research into this specific area of service and talks about ways to manage feelings of guilt or discomfort when working with clients in their homes and communities.

Victoria Rodriguez (she/her/hers) is a provisionally licensed counselor who provides home-based services with a community mental health agency in South Louisiana.
