Often people have a big list of things they should be doing. They ought to be this person or act a certain way. Then the comparison-itis kicks in and they're looking at what everyone else is doing and comparing themselves. Shedding light on how it affects mental health, relationships, and self-esteem. It can feel completely overwhelming.

Joining us this week is Marcus Matthews. An award winning Clinical Hypnotherapist and Transformational Life Coach Marcus has worked with everyone from Celebrities and C-Suite executives, Police Officers, Soldiers and other professionals, in fact anyone who is willing to draw a line in the sand and build a better heart set.

We discuss navigating social media pressures, and methods to a healthier self-image. Hope you enjoy!
