We are here with another instalment of Mentor Revolution, with the Director and Exercise Physiologist of Momentum Sport Performance Centre, located on the Gold Coast. After finishing University, Wade went onto to work as a PT at fitness first, as well as training elite triathlon athletes. It was through this process Wade was able to recognise a gap in the market between the general population and the elite athletes.

It was from this foundation Wade was able to begin his empire, with a strong company mission statement that differentiated his business in a saturated market. After taking a personalised approach to his customers, Wade was able to build strong relationships and a team ‘mentality’ for the business.

Sometimes spreading your wings too far can be the downfall of a great business. Wade goes on to state that running a startup isn’t always the most successful thing either. This week your it’s time to hear about Wade's experiences of the good and bad, in the latest episode of Mentor Revolution.
