On this weeks episode I interview the Concussions Coach, Bethany Lewis. Bethany Lewis is a Neurological Occupational Therapist and a Certified Life Coach through The Life Coach School and has specific training in nervous system resilience. She has worked as an occupational therapist since 2009, and has helped hundreds of patients with concussions and other brain injuries through her work at CognitiveFX, a cutting-edge concussion clinic in Provo, Utah. During her career, she has seen the effects head injuries can have on people’s lives and the lives of those who love them, and has seen people experience healing and recovery from many severe symptoms. She provides tools such as nervous system regulation techniques and intentional thinking that can have enormous impact on recovery and people's well being. She combines her knowledge of post-concussion symptoms and coaching into a unique and powerful coaching program to help people with lingering concussion symptoms speed up their recovery and take control over their lives.
