The climate for the job market has definitely gotten rough, but there are people out there helping to pick up the people who were put out. One of them is my guest today, Jillian Hind. Jillian is an amazing recruiter/talent seeker for Square, a company that creates products that push boundaries and innovates business. She is also the Director of Corporate Relations at TecxStLouis and is an integral part of the team.
